Tools for MAV-testers

The MAV PRÜFTECHNIK GmbH has many years of experience in tool manufacturing. Therefore, there is a wide range of standard-tools with which a variety of different tests  and tasks may be performed. The quick-change holders allow tools to be  exchanged in no time. Upon request and after receiving samples, we also offer our customers to construct and manufacture tools specifically for a certain purpose.

Please keep the following in mind when choosing your tooling:

• Tools are often only available for a certain force range (carefully read the tool descriptions).
• Some tools are to be assembled on the measuring pont (fixed side of the load cell) or on the load bar (moveable side).
• There are also tools that are available for both sides (the “M”- suffix indicates that the tool is meant for the measuring point, the “A”- suffix indicates that the tool is meant for the assembly on the pull-off-side / load bar).
• Moreover, some tools are avaiable only as a two-piece set or may only be used in combination with a second tool (again: always read descriptions in our tool catalogue)
• In case you are not sure, which tool might suit your needs, you always have the option to send us samples and we will find a right tool combination for you.

Force testers will always be offered with standard tooling. If you have a different tool in mind, please just tell us in your request.

The standard-tooling of our testers is as followst:

• Up to 500 N: load bar = MK-8/A, measuring point = SG 40.
• 1,000 & 2,000 N: load bar = DKS-20/A, measuring point = SG 80.
• 3,000 N: load bar = SHA-20/A, measuring point = SG 80-V.
• 5,000, 6,000 & 10,000 N: load bar = SHA-40/A, measuring point = SG 90.
